Omotenashi cannot be learned within the walls of Kagaya alone. Studying Japanese traditional culture and knowing the tourist spots are also essential to entertain guests. On the fourth day of the training, the six women take the Hokuriku tourist train “Hanayome Noren” to Kanazawa for a sightseeing experience. They are enraptured by the profundity of Japanese culture as they experience gold leafing, making Japanese sweets, and Kaga Yuzen silk dyeing. Meanwhile, some members begin to feel uncomfortable with their differences in cultures and customs. That night, at the Kanazawa ryokan, one of the members makes an unexpected suggestion when assigned rooms.
